These prompted the householders Dimitris and Katerina in 2005 to build a unique ornament in the first village Tsoykalades, 6 kilometers westwards of Lefkas on a hill with an unlimited view to the Ionian, the olive groves and the enjoyable sunsets, from all the verandas but also through the rooms. The building is constituted by 6 apartments with independent entries. Entering the main entry you can see the big sunroom with a south – western view to the sea. The same view you can enjoy from the living room, the dining room and the cooker. The bedroom sees over the fresh green courtyard built with dry stone walls, while the color that was preferred is white as background and light blue for the furniture’s, which were manufactured by the householders taking into consideration the functionalism and the harmony. Light blue is also the bathroom with accessories for enjoyable showers. In our swimming pool you can relaxe on the sun beds and revive your selves in the open air Jacuzzi. Enjoy the coffee or the snacks that we serve at the bar next to the swimming pool. At night you can drink your cocktails under the unique sky of Lefkas.
